He came to give an overall diagnostic of the part for the washer as promised, but did not call me back for the parts' pricing....So can't really rate him for a fix, because it was never fixed. Ended up ordering the part he said was not working, but that was not the problem...Called another repair service and it ended up being the main motor unit...More money spent, but resolved it through another source and very satisfied..I think his specialty is air conditiong units, not really washing machines....So have to rate him with 3 stars, if it was fixed, maybe a 5 rating.

Marco is a very nice guy. Showed up on time to fix my ice maker. Said he found the problem and had to order part and would contact me same day. Gave him half down for job total. I didn't hear from him. I don't know what he did to the ice maker but it was working after he left. So I was happy. Sent him an email letting him know this and not to order part. Then almost a week later he calls to say he ordered the wrong part and needs to get the right one. Just very poor communication.
