What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a degree in photography. I have been lucky enough to turn my passion into my career.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Photography has always been a big part of my life. Many of my family members took photos either for a living or as a hobby. I started snapping photos when I was very young, but it wasn't until high school that I took a class. Once I did, I thought to myself, "Why not do this for a living?" I always took photos of my friends; I treated my camera bag like my purse. To do that for a living would be amazing, and so far, it has been everything I hoped.
