- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our business model is dependent upon the problem our clients are experiencing which we agree to solve. We've been known to accept hourly rates, retainers and even revenue-sharing plans. We sharpen our pricing system to accommodate every client need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step One: We have a conversation with you to uncover whatever challenges you may have. Step Two: Much like a doctor's prescription, we write Action Items that need to be completed step-by-step to overcome those challenges. Step Three: We give you a proposal. Step Four: If you decide to work with us, we follow up and get going!
