He is one of the best handiman that we have hired over the last 3 years to work odd jobs at our rental properties, such as installing granite kitchen countertops, floor ceramic tiles, painting, cabinetry, etc. We highly recommend him for his work ethic and many diverse skills.

Gerardo does an excellent job in Getting a house ready for new move in, new tile install, painting, blinds, granite counter top install, refurbish cabinet and the list goes on. He is honest, reliable, a hard worker and very professional.

Replaced some baseboard that had been removed due to water damage. Repaired a broken sprinkler pipe.
