Introduction: I've been coaching since 2006. Now I work with Elite Mixed Martial Artists, Olympic Hopefuls, and Student Athletes. My goal is to maximize your physiology to optimize your performance. That means giving you a training program that enables you to reach your goals, progressively and consistently.
