Introduction: Helpful insight for everyday life. I love when I do this work because it comes so naturally to me. When I help someone find peace in their life it's quite satisfying. I've been through a Spontaneous Kundalini Awakening. For years I was experiencing an incredible energy that would come over me at times. Almost clueless the whole time since my access to the internet at the time was very little and it was before so many were becoming enlightened. One day my mother brought me this stack of CDs that was The Secret on disk. I took them and put them on the shelf the I almost immediately started practicing being ok with life and allowing change. With Spontaneous Kundalini Awakening it is said that it's possible to receive such power in a past life and it carries over. I started receiving this energy since about March 3, 2003. Kundalini Awakening without knowing what it was put me through a lot. I had so many blocks on my energy. I didn't know how to flow. I didn't know what a chakra was. So I had a very different crash course of an Awakening. It hospitalized me a few times. So if you're going through some intense energy that's causing physical responses I may be able to help you understand. I also have been studying Reiki and am certified but am in the beginning of my practice.
