FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For all customers new or returning, after the project is complete I always confirm with my customer if everything is to their satisfaction and if not I happily address those issues. I never say a job is completely finished until the customer confirms they are happy.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was young my dad had a friend who was a general contractor. I needed to learn a trade and my dad's friend agreed to introduce me to one of his drywall guys who taught me the trade. From there I was hired as part of a house flipping crew where I did the drywall but in time I also learned other trades like carpentry and plumbing.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I just completed painting my first Las Vegas Strip property. It's a well known soul food restaurant on the strip almost directly opposite the Stratosphere hotel. The project needed stucco repairs and paint to stand out more. The project took approximately 70 man-hours to complete using 3 men the first day and 2 men the next two days.
