This guy is a world class nutritionist! One of the best decisions I've ever made! He will teach you about what we put into our body and what it exactly does to us! Very informative and professional! I am a professional mma fighter and he helps me get my diet right and stay in track, but not only does he help athletes he also helps people who have bad eating habits and trying to love healthier but much more than that he is pretty much a hero! He helps people with health issues that they may have and teaches his clients the science behind nutrition and ever since I started his meal prep I've had tremendous results!!!Sep 1, 2017

Duy was our coach and counselor during a weight loss program and he very successfully helped us lose weight and and maintain progress. He was so knowledgeable and encouraging we hired him as a personal chef and nutritionist. With his education and background in scientific nutrition, he was able to teach us important skills that have led to permanent healthy lifestyle changes. Medications are no longer needed for high cholesterol or blood pressure! The variety of food and vegetables he prepares are always delicious and simplified our life greatly. Thank you, Duy! - Janet B.Mar 6, 2017
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?40/hr
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Having a conversation about yourself and your background before any formal assessments. The Initial Consultation (IC) is always complementary and allows for you to gather information about the program before making any decisions. It is great to get to know one another first and build rapport. The next part would be the 3-step process, which is the bulk of the assessment. There is continuing support with the Counseling Sessions (CS), which I provide on-going guidance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Graduated with a Bachelor's in Food Science and Human Nutrition from CSUSB. During that time I was a school nutritional counselor as well as part of the coaching team for our MMA organization and first in the nation to host the Collegiate Grappling Championships. Afterwards I worked for a weight loss center consulting effective ways for each individual to lose weight safely. I was also a health coach for a company teaching nutrition and weight loss online in a class setting. I also meal-prep for my clients as well and continuing my education because we have yet to reach the pinnacle of nutritional science.
