- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my pricing competitive within each market, but also reflective of my skill set. There are no additional fees associated with my quotes, any work beyond the scope of a project will be discussed on a per-project basis as needed. I do not offer discounts at this time, however that is also subject to change.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial online contact, I prefer to speak to customers on the phone at least once before beginning a new project of any kind. This helps me get to know your needs, and also helps you get to know me a little bit better. Following initial phone contact, meeting in person, over the phone, or communication via your preferred method is fine.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-Associates degree from the Art Institutes online in Interactive Media and Web Design. -8+ years experience working hands on with clients for web, graphic design, and photography projects -4 years working with an e-commerce retailer in various sales channels in the beauty and skincare industry. - Well versed in Adobe Creative Suite software, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Mac and Windows environments
