THESE ARE PRIVATE LESSONS BE ABLE TO PROTECT YOURSELF AFTER THE FIRST SESSION A system that I have used to train Karate fighters for tournaments. Techniques from: CHINESE CHINN-NA HAWAIIAN LUA JAPANESE JOINT LOCKS CHINESE & JAPANESE PRESSURE POINTS KARATE & KUNG FU I have taken the simpler most effective techniques from each of these styles. Best self defense instructing👌 I learned how to protect myself and can now be more comfortable on my regular runs outside. The techniques are simplified and specified just for you depending on what you do best, your size, and any other factors. I like that he teaches practical tactics instead of all the in between unneeded techniques a school would teach and at a reasonable price too! He also teaches how to get the attacker down for good instead of just how to get away which is valuable information to know. He answers all your “what if this happens” questions and gives you the confidence you will need if anything does happen, which could be the difference to save your life. 10/10 recommend him I loved the class!

He makes each lesson easy and understandable. I am learning exactly what I wanted to learn, at the rate I wanted to learn it. He is excellent at what he does. 3 years later, I am still taking Weaponless Defense Classes with him. I am an 80-year-old woman, and because of my Sensei, I have no fear. I really like Silver Dragon because he only teaches you self defense, not all the fancy tournament styles that the Karate schools teach you that you will never use. He shows you techniques that are very simple to do, but extremely effective. He meets you anywhere you want, including your home, and his prices are very reasonable.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Self Defense, I recommend that the potential client check with local Martial Arts schools to check their prices length of classes & how many times a month do they attend class.Also who does the training and what is the rank of the teacher. Compare to my pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer will contact me here & I will get back to them to communicate hours they would like to train and if I can meet those hours. I prefer to talk to them on the phone as soon as it is convenient for them to more easily describe schedules & how I teach.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started in Korea in early 1953. When I left Korea I had achieved a 3rd degree Brown belt in a Korean style Karate named Tang Soo Do. This was the same style that Chuck Norris practiced many years later when he was in the army in Korea.When I came back I could not find a school that taught Tang Soo Do so I would study any school I could find get their black belt and go to another school of a different style get their black belt.I continued changing schools & styles frequently the rest of my life .That is why I have so many black belts from so many different styles today. I am now a 10th degree Blackbelt Grand Master in multiple martial arts. I am required to know how to train & teach Endurance,Strength,Diet,when to eat Carbohydrates & when to eat Protein.
