- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, you and I will start with a phone consultation to discuss your needs and my suggestions for what services would best fit you. Second, I'll ask that you answer a New Client Questionnaire which will ask several questions ranging from your sizes to how you like to spend your time. This will ensure we are gathering the clothing that best suits your lifestyle. From there we will meet and edit your closet. I'll show you tips and tricks to making great decisions regarding what to keep and what to let go. Lastly, I'll put together a list of your wardrobe needs and if needed shop for or with you depending on which service you prefer.
