- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a fee for the cart - usually around $75-$100 for up to 2 hours. The truck is generally $125-$200 for 2 hours. These numbers depend on distance. Additional hours are $50 per hour. Hand pies and creme brulee are $4 each.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically have a phone call and then continue the process via email. I'm a big believer in paper trails! We are available to do tastings, visit venues, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
