- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For the most part I do. There are variables that I must account for before giving prices. Anyone who gives a straight price for everything is charging for worst case scenarios and there's no variables to benefit the customer. I like to be as fair as possible when giving my prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to be informative for my customers. I want them to understand what I'm doing for them so they know what to watch for and what's important to maintain. I spend the time to help my customers save money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Journeyman plumber. Backflow certified. Continuing education annually and I read the code book and stay up to date on current trade standards.
