- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are relatively standard but given in a job by job basis depending on size, timeline, accessibility, material costs, etc. No two jobs are exactly alike.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The best way to reach us is via phone. A customer service representative will speak with you for about 5 minutes to find out your contact information and project scope. A followup appointment will typically be scheduled with one of our expert Project Managers. A quote can be provided within 24 hours in most cases.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We employ professionals with varied expertise. Some with 30+ years experience in the industry, some with college degrees, all licensed in their specialty service.
