- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Giving a generalized price based on square footage or number of offices tends to result in either overbidding the job or underbidding it. Either way, both parties aren't happy. Performing a walk-through to create a personalized cleaning schedule and task list for each office ensures you only pay as much as you have to and everyone is on the same page as to what tasks will be done and when.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in cleaning for 7 years now, both with others and on my own. I have learned many tricks and methods from others as well as from my own experience, and my wife and I are happy to bring our attention to detail to our cleaning of your office!
