- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Equus pricing comes in two parts: your moving transportation and insurance, which is a fixed price, and the labor and material costs, which is an estimate and can go up or down slightly depending on what you actually need. Our estimates are very precise; we want to ensure there are no surprises when moving day comes. You'll see all the costs up front and know exactly what you're paying for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before scheduling your move, you need an estimate. Upon contacting us, we'll get to work tailoring your move to your needs. If you call in, we can usually give you a quote right over the phone! After accepting an estimate, we stay in contact with you throughout the moving process until we're satisfied that you've been safely moved to your new destination.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of us here have years working in the industry, and are familiar with the laws, regulations, and quirks that make the household goods industry unique. With thousands of moves under our belt, you can be sure that you'll be well-taken care of.
