- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A $50 non-refundable booking fee is due at the time of booking to save your session date. This will go toward the full price of the session, which is due the day of the session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love chatting with potential clients about their session and answering any questions. We can chat via email or phone call to answer any questions and figure out the best date and location. When that is decided, I'll email a contract. The booking fee and signed contract are required to reserve your session. Within three weeks of the session, I'll review and edit the photos. When they are ready, I'll send you an email with a link to an online gallery where you can see and download the best of the session's photos.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been learning and practicing photography for more than five years. I have attended several classes, workshops, and conferences to learn from professionals from all over the country and improve my skills and find my style. I have been shooting professionally for just over a year and have found that I love helping make memories for other families.
