- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is the most fair out there. Im not trying to get rich off of you. I want to give you a world class experience so you will share me with your friends and family.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet my customers preferably at their home or out for a cup of coffee if that makes you feel more comfortable. I enjoy finding out what your needs on and what you are trying to accomplish. Once I have enough information I can build the perfect system for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am college educated and have been in the business for 10 years. I attend every training seminar I can to stay up to date with ever changing technology. I want you to be happy and have a system that will last you many years and be expandable as your needs change.
