Not a very good experience. After the carpet were installed, the service was never competed and my wife had left text messages and phone messages on his phone to resolve issues that we had with the installation and incomplete install. After full payment was made we did hear from Phillip after leaving messages about getting the installation complete. It seem that this is one individual where the service stops after payment is complete.

We are at the contract stage with Philip...He has been very helpful, knowledgable and accommodating up to this point. He came out to measure the house immediately, provided samples for our meeting, and presented a very professional bid/answers to a list of questions.
