Overall great experience. From initial consult, to hiring and the event, it was all so easy. The bartender and server did an amazing job and I received lots of compliments on the service throughout the event. Highly recommend and would hire again.

Everything was 100%. Unfortunately there was a car incident with the assigned bartender, but Special Moments made all effort possible to correct the situation, and they did an amazing job at my event.

So, I tend to be high maintenance when it comes to hiring vendors. Jossy and her team were unbelievable in their ability to meet my needs. The first thing the server told me was "I'm here to do whatever you need me to do." And her bartender was the best I've hired. Jossy is a professional and very patient. More importantly,m she is very responsive! I highly recommend anyone using this company. Not only will I recommend her but I will use them again in the future. I only wish I had found her sooner!

It was amazing! All I can do is rave about Special Moments for DFW "Staffing and Event", for providing excellent service at my husband's 50th birthday party celebration. From the start they contacted me with prices and information and even got me super excited just how they responded back with attention to detail. They provided recommendations as far as what drinks to have and buy for the number of guests I was having which is so helpful when shopping. The day of the party they came well-prepared and were Soo professional yet so friendly that they greeted us like we were dear friends ready to make this event the best and take away my stress. The food helper Anna was always making sure that the guests knew she was ready to serve them and when it was time for the cake she handled that with ease which let us go mingle with our family and friends. The bartender Jossy was dynamic behind the bar and the guests could not get enough of the Best made drinks served. Her mojitos were a big hit but then again all her special drinks were . She always greeted everyone with a big smile and made sure what they ordered was to satisfactory. I HIGHLY recommend special moments to everyone planning an event. My celebration was about 80 guests and they made the difference in the celebration. They have a passion for what they do, to serve with the ready smile and personable personality. This made the experience even better than I ever would have expected. Be assured I will be spreading the good word They Rock!!
