- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I let them know that I do my jobs at a single cost. The hourly rate is something that I know is to my comfort and they can know total cost upon completion. I only want payment on material costs prior to starting.depending on cost. I have tons of good references both old and new.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 35 years of experience. I graduated from Electrical Vocational school in 1982.
