FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process begins with finding out more about the customer. I find that I am able to create a recommendation for training once I know that person's goals and build a relationship with that person. I care deeply about why an individual got to the current position their in and why they want to change, but they need help. It is incredibly important to truly find the "why" behind someone's motivation to work with a trainer. From there, all clients go through an assessment workout and testing phase, then I develop a detailed and personalized plan to help that individual reach their goals.
