- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I more do pricing by size and there, to me, are different levels to sizes. I don't price off square feet.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Name? Address? Get to know the property and see what has to be done after the free price check.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I used to mow as a child and as an adult with a mowing company, but now I'm trying to start my own personal business.
