- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Definitely an introduction via phone, email, or text, which ever the customer prefers and complete openness regarding the services they are requesting and what I can/will offer to fulfill them and at what price. I feel honesty is key right from the beginning when starting a new relationship with a customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 1 year experience cleaning empty rental properties. Aside from that I don't have any specific training related to house cleaning other than I am a wife and mother of 3 so house cleaning is something that relates to my personal life at a high level. I used to clean a bowling alley after hours and have also worked in an office environment for 11 years so am familiar with the cleaning needs of an office environment.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I would like to make extra income and this is a flexible and convenient way to do so.
