We hired Killpatrick Construction Paving and Masonary on March 30th, 2016. We agreed on an amount for work to be completed, a driveway re-pavement . They started the job the next day by preparing the driveway and leveling/ripped it out to be ready for the asphalt. We gave them a $2,000 cash down payment that they requested for material. They told us they would be coming the following monday to complete the job.A week has passed and they have not answered any phone calls or reached back out to us. The times we managed to reach someone they claimed to not be the person we dealt with (Thomas) and they would let him know to call us back. It has been exactly one month to the date and still no call or show to finish the job. They had taken our $2,000 down payment and ran, refusing to finish the job, leaving us with a half driveway. These people are scammers, do not hire this company .
