I've been training with rod for about 3 years now. I can't say enough great things about him and his programs. I have become so much stronger since I started with him. he isn't just knowledgeable in strength training he is great when it comes to nutrient as well. I couldn't ask for someone more dedicated to making sure his clients are happy, healthy and seeing results! I highly recommend him! No disappointments at all!!
