FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We prefer to bid more complicated projects at a flat rate after exploring the details with you. Simpler projects, like event photography or portraiture, are simpler. Unlike some photographers our rates include copyright when the project is complete, so you can use your images wherever, whenever you'd like. New clients pay half at the time of booking, the balance on delivery. Repeat clients are eligible for terms up to net 30.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each project kicks off with a call or meeting to make sure we understand all the details of the shoot, what your goals are, and what exactly we need to deliver. We then provide a written scope of work with a firm budget. Working with us is easy!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent a decade as a media producer at Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design where I created educational video, photographed campus events and graduations. While there I helped create, among other things, their photography program curriculum. In addition I hold a degree in film production, and have worked on hundreds of independent productions.
