- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We prefer to customize each event according to your needs. All of our menus are priced out per person. But please feel free to swap items and add on your own.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Tell us about the vision for your event. So that we can make that vision a reality. An initial phone conversation or meeting to discuss the details. The next step would receive a quote. Would you like to come in for tasting? We can do that!! Then we finalize with a deposit to reserve your date with us!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the Catering Business for over 20 years. With experience in all aspects of offsite and onsite events. You not only get fabulous cuisine but your event planner as well.
