- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you come to me...$15 first signature, $5 every signature after that. If I come to you....$25 first, signature, $5 every signature after that. Exceptions: Hospice: $25 flat fee no matter what. *Military Veterans Get a 10% discount after first $25 with ID. Mortgage, reverse mortgages, and other larger loans Call for price. SORRY, NO SIGNING WILL BE DONE WITHOUT CURRENT VALID ID!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The Typical Process of working with me... 1.) You text me or call me 2.) We decide together if you would rather come to me or if I'm coming to you 3.) We decide on a date and time 4.) We agree on a place (this can be a anywhere Your home, my home Office, or even a Starbucks, or someplace like that) 5.) Then we meet 6.) You sign your documents in front of me (please do not do this before hand) 7.) I notarize them 8.) You then can pay me (cash, card, or PayPal) 9.) I then would love a referral, a review, and a call next time you need something ! 10.) Thank you. :-)
