- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not at this time. We like to just go by what the job entails, also we like to ask our customers, what they can afford and what they think is honest and fair, we ask what would you want to be paid for the job your asking me to do.?We then we can come up
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
*Customer emails to ask your question. *Customers question is answered in one of three ways. - 1.with more questions from us to see if we can assist you. - 2.a message saying we don't provide that service but here is someone who can - 3. We are glad to be able to assist you with this project then we will ask you what price you think is fair and honest, if you were to do the work what would you want to get paid? After that we take all information into mind and email you back within 24 hours with your free estamate * if we can assist you, we will assist you ourselves *if we are unable to assist you, we will try and point you to someone we know that can. first time, contact by email or text, email question and as much info as you can. if estamate is accepted then we schedule a time and are ready to start the project ... before starting a job we may require half upfront depending on the job. Either cash if need be, PayPal. No checks or money orders will be accepted. May require a written and signed contract depending on the job. that is it, simple. We answer back in email or over phone.
