We specialize in bathroom, kitchen, and basement remodels, but are certainly not limited to these. We are a family owned and operated company founded in 1956. We are very easy to get along with and we are always sure to explain the process in an understandable way to our clients. Bathroom remodel. Ken is honest, friendly and easy to work with. He showed flexibility with our ideas and worked within our budget. His honesty was evident from the original quote to the final bill leaving us with peace of mind that there wouldn't be any surprise line items. All workers were professional, courteous, and clean. The job was timely and stayed on schedule. Workmanship was excellent and the final outcome came out better than anticipated. Would definitely recommend.

Initial services provided were related to an insurance claim for "collapse" and included hardwood floors, appliance installation, countertops, etc. Kenneth was professional, prompt, thorough and helpful in coordinating a resolution of the claim with the insurance company. The company was also retained for miscellaneous home repair projects.

We offer competitive pricing, and we try to avoid surprise fees in the building process.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To begin, we will schedule an appointment to meet you at your home. Ken will then speak with you about what you're looking for, measure the space, and speak with you about the process. A few days later, you will receive a free detailed estimate via email. If you are interested, we just ask you sign and return a formal proposal and a deposit. From there, Ken and his assistant will be in constant contact with you to discuss what the next steps are, what material needs to be picked out, etc.
