- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing, and we try to avoid surprise fees in the building process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To begin, we will schedule an appointment to meet you at your home. Ken will then speak with you about what you're looking for, measure the space, and speak with you about the process. A few days later, you will receive a free detailed estimate via email. If you are interested, we just ask you sign and return a formal proposal and a deposit. From there, Ken and his assistant will be in constant contact with you to discuss what the next steps are, what material needs to be picked out, etc.
