- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For construction work local norms prevail. On Unique work that asks for specialty paint work and seasoned skills, individual pricing applies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free Consultation on site to determine the needs of the client / new customer as well as scope of the project. At the end of first consultation we make a future appointment to present necessary drawings, sample boards, bids, contracts etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BFA with dual major of Painting and Design with an emphasis in Art History. Craig also trained at the world famous " Institut Supérieur De Peinture VAN DER KELEN - LOGELAIN " in Brussels, Belgium to round out his painting credentials. His interest in Construction began as a byproduct from a Mural Commission at a historic Chicago property where he was asked to help restore an important Standford White Staircase. Now adding Construction and Art to his repertoire ARTERIORS LA is a virtual "One Stop Shopping " destination for the discerning client in need of specialized skills. Having said all the above we certainly work with the average homeowner.
