Introduction: Restauration is an American bistro on 4th Street near the end of Retro Row. We focus on local, sustainable ingredients with fresh offerings. Our Chef Partner, Philip Pretty, was voted Best Chef in Reader's Choice Press Telegram 2016. Pretty changes the menu with the seasons. We offer private events on-premise on our secluded patio or catering off-premise. Food, beer and wine available for events of all sizes.
Using quality ingredients and introducing or reminding guests what a meal with thoughtful fare that is locally sourced tastes like. Our from-scratch kitchen makes everything from breads, pastries to all our sauces and smoked meats. Our private back patio creates an intimate setting for gatherings for all occasions.

Celebrated my wife's birthday here and had a fantastic experience. Hosted a group of 32 on the patio. Great ambience, tastefully decorated, relaxing and comfortable environment. The staff and service were awesome (extra special thanks to Shannon). They not only helped decorate for the party but were very attentive to our group all night. The food was outstanding: Parmesan Churros, Mini Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Flat Iron Steak, Scallops, Pork Loin and assorted desserts. All of our guests remarked how fresh and perfectly prepared it was. Definitely coming back again!

I have had the pleasure of having brunch here a couple times and the food and service were wonderful. I was asked to find a restaurant that had vegan, vegetarian options and was humane sourced and this would be for 30 or so people. Restauration fit the request perfectly. Once we discussed all options, confirmed the date and delivery location, it was set. The day of the event Dana arrived early and all food was labeled accordingly. I was extremely empressed and so were the guests. Food was wonderful!!!!

Restauration is always amazing to work with. We have done several on farm events together and working outside, with portable equipment was never an issue. Staff always shows up prepped and ready for the event using the best ingredients.
