- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer the first 3 sessions as a package for a discounted rate. Session #1: We are going to spend the first 5-10 minutes talking, so I can get a feel for what you want to accomplish, what may have stood in your way in the past, and what we can do in the present to get things moving in the right direction. Next 5-10 minutes is going to be a basic movement screening. I'll have you perform a handful of simple motions to get an idea of how you move. Final 20-30 minutes, we will do a little warm-up along with a handful of exercises I can use to assess where we are starting & make a plan for where to go from there. Session #2: The content here will vary widely between clients BUT it will be a 45 minute workout designed to work towards your goals and get the ball rolling downhill. Session #3: The plan is to build off of the previous session. We will likely repeat a few things from session #2 to begin developing muscle memory & cover some new ground. The last 5-10 minutes we will discuss a plan for moving forward towards your goals. Hopefully we are great fit & will be setting up regularly scheduled sessions!!
