I was supposed to receive a deep cleaning on the windows, but only some of the windows were dusted off. I also asked to have the shelves in the rooms wiped down and they weren't. Hi Janine. I'm sorry to hear your windows and shelves weren't wiped down. Normally, if our clients let us know know about mistakes like these promptly after their cleaning service, we'd send someone to correct the mistakes. Unfortunately, it's been more than a week since we did your service.

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?A prospective customer will either contact us by phone or e-mail. Our administrative assistant goes over their project in detail, including the price and time estimate. If the customer agrees to hire us, our assistant will book them for the time and date that best suits the customer. The day before the cleaning, the customer will receive a confirmation email. On the day of the cleaning, the customer will receive a text or call when the cleaners have arrived at their residence.
