Introduction: I am able to teach individuals and groups, young and not-so-young. Generally class lasts 2-3 hours and includes all supplies. I can teach basics (knife skills, safety in the kitchen, stock making, etc.) or more specialized (canning, fermenting, etc.). Lessons & recipes developed per client wishes. I love the creativity involved in cooking and the precision needed for baking.

I really liked the classes Christina taught! Our groups learned so much and really had fun too! Christina presents the information in a creative way, she's clever and is inclusive taking her time with each student! A+++!!
