- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can vary depending upon the request. I customize the estimate so it directly covers what you need and nothing more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It can vary depending upon what the customer is requesting help with. If it is a computer related issue, I want to have a brief conversation to understand what is going with their computer and then go from there. If it is a web design request, I have a several page questionnaire that I will ask you to complete before discuss an estimate for your project. Every project is so unique and I want to capture what it is that you're wanting. Web development can be quite complex so it may take several conversations before we can get started. I do not do cookie cutter sites.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working with computers since the early 80's. I then learned how to teach computers to others through several jobs and learned how to troubleshoot computers early on through work and through self discovery.
