- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I learned that the best way to serve the clients is to offer what they need, instead of a list of packages. Pricing it's based on the size of the wedding, hours of coverage, location and various other details that I determine in a short conversation, e-mail or phone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an initial phone conversation followed by a meeting. I'm aware of the limited time many couples have and sometimes I use video chat or any other form of communication so we can save time and get the job done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mentored for 3 years by one of the best wedding photographer in the industry. Participated and trained in "Mystic Seminars" one of the best week of training experience involving top 20 photographers in the world. WPPI 2016 training. I never stop learning, photography it's so complex that there is no end to learning as long as I'm alive. Passion drives me every day to learn more and more.
