- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a complimentary 30-minute initial consultation to understand a client's situation, goals, and needs. Armed with this information, I develop highly personalized career development programs that I work hand-in-hand with clients to execute.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10+ years of experience coaching, mentoring, and advising undergraduate / graduate students and young professionals. Prior to founding Consilium, I held key strategic, operating, and advisory roles in Fortune 500 multinationals including Deloitte, Mercedes-Benz, Samsung, and eBay and Silicon Valley startups including Homejoy and Serviz. I hold an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA from Swarthmore College and the London School of Economics.
