FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I won't nickle and dime you. Everything costs, and I will use my all to deliver to you quality and beautiful floral arrangements. I do offer discounts on future commissions with me. The types of fees I can think of would be either a delivery fee and or a set up fee. That we can discuss once we work together. I know what flower shops and other vendors charge for flowers. I am confident I offer value for what you do commission. Ive been doing this for 30+ years now.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when working with a new client, its very important to be able to connect to the person who orders the project. Before we look at photos of what your vision is, we will have a question and answer session, should you have the time. From there we will look at any examples you may have chosen and then we will collectively create your event. Every meeting is different.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of floral experience. I've attended an art school and majored in colors. Silly as it sounds it makes all the difference when working with flowers. Each arrangement is a little work of art. I keep up with trends and study the history of floral work just in case I get someone with a really specific look. Cant wait to work on a Goth Wedding.
