- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important thing when it comes to resolving customer issues is to actually listen to the customer and fully understand the problem. We understand the issue before we starting working on fixing it so we can actually resolve it and prevent it from happening again. Of course we also explain to the customer what we did in simple terms.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not only do we have years and years of experience and have worked with the top people in the field, but we have taken classes and continuously do research and stay on top of computer related news and new developments.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of customers from normal home customers to large businesses. We have done work and have contracts with some businesses that have 20+ stores and hundreds of computers.
