FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer most of our services at a fixed price. Some small cases may be billed hourly. The fixed price may wary depending on the details of the case. For example, if someone with a criminal conviction wants help with his/her immigration status it would cost more than it would cost someone who does not have any criminal convictions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a client decides to retain us, we work closely with them via an "Intake" to get the required information to solve their issue. Some clients may be asked to attend an in-office or telephonic appointment with the attorney. Once the case is finished we advise the client on the next steps and things they need to be mindful of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Doctor of Law (J.D) International Law and Legal Studies degree from Southwestern Law School, Los Angeles. And Doctor of Law (JD), Comparative Law, International Law, North American Free Trade Agreement from Universidad de Guanajuato, Mexico.
