Beth Lapides

Introduction: Beth Lapides is a master teacher and coach and has been has been guiding, instructing and inspiring creatives for over two decades. She has lectured, worked one on one and done workshops at UCLA Extension, Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, IO West, Actors Comedy Studio, The Skirball Cultural Center, Brown University and The Pasadena Women's Club and more. Beth has helped thousands of creatives find their own unique voices and navigate the complex waters of content creation, writing, performing and producing. She has also worked with speakers from the legal, corporate and inspirational worlds. Beth is based in Los Angeles but has worked with clients from across the country in person, on the phone and on Skype. Beth is also an author (Time Magazine, O, Elle Decor, LA Times, LA Yoga, HuffPo; "Did I Wake You? Haiku for Modern Living), comedian (Comedy Central, Amazon, NPR), producer and host (Life and Beth on iTunes, UnCabaret) and an actress (Sex And The City).
