They should show up and promise to do what they were paid to do.
Unfortunately, unless you want to be left high and dry at the time of your event, I recommend NOT using EH Valet services. My experience with them is that they promise everything and deliver nothing. Even though I spoke with Armando the week before and confirmed all that would be provided in terms of the number of attendants, podium, and car carrier to deliver multiple cars efficiently from residential location to parking lot I had reserved, the day of the event only half the attendants showed up ... late, no podium, no car carrier, no explanation other than they were short-handed. Another unfortunate part is the unprofessional reaction of the company in that they won't take ownership and make the situation right. In fact, they won't even return phone calls or emails. STAY AWAY from this incompetent service.

Eddy's valet services were a wonderful addition to our event. Israel was our direct contact with the company and handled everything like a pro. The team that showed up the day of our function was lovely and everyone commented how kind and gracious they were, friendly and helpful.
We will hire them all again!
