- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Telephone call interview wherever possible for repairs such as model and issue to optimize everyone's time. Discuss issue with engineering and where necessary factory engineering. For new install determine if 99$ package or upgrade is best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
