- How did you get started doing this type of work?
At an early age, I realized that I was passionate about all types of physical activity. I learned to play soccer at the age of three and this led to the start of a career in a junior professional league. Unfortunately, an undetected birth defect surfaced at the age of sixteen, shattering my dream of a professional career in the game. - GAME OVER - The diagnosis was "hip dysplasia" and several surgeons initially recommended a double hip replacement. When looking for options I found a fitness coach who suggested a different direction other than the surgery which was a major relief for me. - GAME ON - I obtained a license at Your Personal Strength Institute in Stuttgart, GERMANY to be a personal trainer. I am certified in FUNCTIONAL ANATOMY, BEFORE 'N AFTER BOOTCAMP & PROGRAM DESIGN. The quest for more knowledge related to my field led to Andrea Fleuchaus who specializes in KINESIO- & CROSS-TAPING. My certification in this area allows me to detect pressure points and relieve tension in specific muscle groups with a targeted therapeutic taping procedure. Utilizing my skills, I have managed to reduce pain and strengthen the muscles around my hips. I'd like the chance to design a plan which addresses your personal fitness needs. - LET YOUR GAME BEGIN -
