I was very pleased with the catering services provided by Fundamental LA. From the quote phase all the way through to the day of my event, it was a first class operation. They worked with dietary restrictions, helped with wine pairing, showed up on time, set things up in a flash, provided nice little unexpected touches, and the food, which was what it's all about, was fantastic. My guests were still talking about it the next day.
