Introduction: I make the BEST DAMN cheesecakes that you'll EVER try! It is lighter and creamier than any other cheesecake, it literally melts in your mouth as soon as you bite into it. I have been told by many New Yorkers that they taste better than Juniors' cheesecakes.
Seeing the look on a person's face when they first try my cheesecake. I love the fact that I have a 100% ratio of converting cheesecake haters/dissenters into cheesecake lovers. The BEST feeling ever.

I don't know how I'm going to do Brian's AMAZING cheesecake justice by only words, haha!! Yes, it is THAT amazing!! I'm cheesecake addict, most I've had are good; but Brian's cheesecake will make you want to chew extremely slow and savor EVERY morsel--never have I taken so long to eat just ONE slice!! 😮 THAT is how I know it is incredibly amazing!!
I always want to introduce ppl to it because when you come across a piece of heaven, you want others to feel that same happiness, light, and joy. Can't believe I just described cheesecake that way... this is what happens when you have a slice of Brian's cheesecake 🤤
