i do custom quotes for events. But for private in home dining it's my base daily rate plus cost of food

Getting to know their favorite restaurants, allergies, likes/dislikes

Culinary graduate from The New School of Cooking, also have worked at Republique, Broken Spanish, Gwen & Destroyer..Also have interned at Kali, Otium & Manuela. With my personal chef business i have experience with high net worth families and A-list actors. Long and short term. I’ve traveled with these clients as well.
