Introduction: Hi my name is Joshua Johns and i am a private chef/caterer. I am a culinary graduate and have years of experience in high end chef driven restaurants. I pride myself on using seasonal produce from local farmers markets only, high quality meats from local butchers and modern up to date techniques. I cook a wide variety of cuisines but my specialties are soul food, mexican, italian and modern american. I also work with dietary restrictions such as vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free. My business stands out mainly because the service. I did 10 years at Trader Joes prior to cooking so customer service is everything to me. Also my style of cooking is unique. The food i create is refined but still approachable and has soul due to my Louisiana roots My love for cooking started at an early age. Being that my family is from Louisiana good cooking has always been a way for us to bond and come together and that's why i love being a chef. Seeing a persons reaction to one of my creations brings me joy and i love bringing people together. It also allows me to be creative.

Chef Josh Johns keeps everything professional and he responds back very quickly. His food is amazing and delicious! He serves a variety of food and can create anything upon your request. He's attentive and can make any food for your personal preference and anything diet specific. He serves high quality food and only uses the best ingredients! His creativity stands out in the presentation of his food and also in the flavor! His food does not taste bland or plain. A bite into his food is an explosion of flavor in your mouth! I can't wait to try more! I'll definitely have him continue to serve many more events! Also, since he's well-rounded, I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone!
