Introduction

I practice in the art and traditions of Yoga, Shamanic Healing, and Energy work. It's my commitment to offer clients the best possible service based on their physical and spiritual needs. I love working one on one with people. It's a whole different experience than teaching a group class. I really get to dive into the client's energy field and hold space for them while they become their own Inner Witness, and I really love crafting sequences for people based on what their body is needing.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a flat rate for 75-minute sessions, and certain distance-driving is not included.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to have a phone conversation before our first Private Yoga session to cover everything you'd like to work on. If it's an energy session, I like to chat with the client for a while before we begin the Energy session to discuss anything that's on their mind/what they're wanting to work on.
